Refund policy
At Simply Holistic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We prioritize your well-being and satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of holistic health products, we maintain the following return guidelines:
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for ANY unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on ANY opened or used items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at simplyholistic21@gmail.com. with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged, Incorrect Items, & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days at simplyholitic21@gmail.com. Please include photos of the item and packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours (example: wrong item was shipped)
Delivery & Non-Receipt Claims
Once a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please:
- Check with neighbors or your building's mail area
- Contact the carrier directly with your tacking number
- Contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that customers contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution.
