Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. International orders (including Canada) may take 10–21 business days depending on customs processing.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout constitutes fulfillment of your order. Simply Holistic is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. If tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your building's mail area, contact the carrier directly, and reach out to us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is lost in transit (no movement on tracking for 10+ business days), please contact us at [your email] and we will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
